Learn how to prepare a healthy fruit pizza that doesn’t contain any sugar and has a delicious lemon Greek yogurt filling for the perfect solid summer treat.

The star of this fruit pizza is the sugar cookie crust made with almond flour and the Greek yogurt filling is up for honorable mention. This healthy fruit pizza makes a great healthy and fun dessert for any occasion.

Why this Fruit Pizza considered healthy:

-used the outside layer of my homemade sugar treat recipe (rather than Pillsbury Sugar Cookie batter), without any additional ingredients, and without handling.
-reduced the amount of sugar in the top layer and the cream cheddar spread by substituting some of the flour with cereal flour (prepared in a food processor).
-used a cream cheddar with a third less fat rather than a full fat cream cheddar.

skirted the frosting – on the off chance that you don’t utilize bananas, apples or natural products that earthy colored you don’t require it in any case.
Avoid using margarine in the cream cheese spread; the organic version is the star and you don’t need it. made the components more understated to decrease calories.

  4. Take a greased spatula and carefully separate cookie dough from the edge of the pan to make removal easier after baking (see photo for example).Bake for 14-17 minutes.
  5. While crust is baking, place all ingredients for the filling into a blender or single serve smoothie cup and blend until smooth. It should be thick and creamy.
  6. Let crust cool and then remove from pan. Evenly spread filling over the top of the crust.
  7. Decorate fruit pizza with berries and garnish with lemon zest.Place in the fridge and let sit for 15-20 minutes.Enjoy!

Greek Yogurt Filling:

Greek yogurt is used to lighten the filling for this pizza made with organic ingredients. By combining a little cream cheddar, we were able to maintain consistency with a traditional natural product pizza filling while also improving it slightly. Include Greek yogurt!

Change the filling’s proportions as necessary to suit your palate. Nevertheless, keep in mind the lemon zing, as it is the essential component.

Which Fruit Should I Use On Healthy Fruit Pizza?

The most beautiful and delicious natural product you can discover! However, some organic foods, like watermelon, which is frequently highly watery, will still taste excellent on an organic product pizza even though it may “water out” more quickly than other foods like a blueberry. The organic goods you choose may also vary depending on when you plan to serve your organic product pizza. You should be fine with any blend of occasionally organic goods as long as you plan to make and serve the pizza made with natural ingredients straight away. Avoid using organic ingredients that could brown quickly, such as bananas and apples, if the pizza is assembled a few hours before serving.

When To Serve with Healthy Fruit Pizza? Can I Make Healthy Fruit Pizza Ahead?

Anytime you’re gathering and need a stunning and vibrant dessert, serve nutritious fruit pizza. Any unique occasion can benefit from it. For the Fourth of July, for instance, decorate it with fruit that is red and blue. For a tailgate, you may also use fruit to decorate the top with a personalized message or select fruit that matches the color of your preferred sports team. Enjoy yourself and use your imagination!

Instead of creating your own sugar cookie dough, you can use 1 package (16.5 oz) of chilled cookie dough.

The day of serving is optimal for this. Though fruit leaks, leftovers often don’t appear attractive despite having a fantastic flavor.
