You can also add any other Fall toppings you love, like dried cranberries or sliced figs.
How to make blue cheese walnut apple salad:
In a small bowl, add the honey, dijon mustard, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, and salt. When the dressing seems well-combined and thicker, whisk it vigorously.
Note:You can prepare this dressing up to five days in advance.
However, the refrigerator could cause it to thicken.
To bring the food back to room temperature before serving, either run the tightly closed jar under warm running water or leave it out on the counter for 30 minutes.
I didn’t intentionally include garlic in my salad dressing recipe because it might get strong as it stays in the refrigerator. However, if you’d like to, you can add some.
